time not wasted.

i am having major issues getting through my International Marketing assignment! to be fair, i got a good bit of it done yesterday; the structure, appendices and i know my approach. i just cannot seem to put all the pieces together! i have been wasting (who was it that said that the time you enjoy wasting is time not wasted?) my time by watching CNN, random documentaries and going through pages after pages of beautiful Tumblr pictures - yes, my new obsession! why is it that i can only work well under pressure? looks like introducing Innocent Smoothies to the Malaysian market will have to wait a little while longer.

i am however extremely happy about the stunning weather this past week. bright sunshine and clear, blue skies. if only the temperature would kindly increase a few degrees as it's still pretty chilly outside. i cannot wait to wear Spring/Summer clothes! and it's about time, we're already into the first week of March. yes, March! it feels like i'm writing every post in a new month because i keep saying, 'it's already January', 'it's already February' and alas! it is now March. Easter Break begins in exactly 3 weeks. i've got 3 assignments, 1 dissertation project and 1 exam before everything is officially o v e r.

on a random note: an incredibly interesting article i came across during my procrastination about men today and their increasing levels of immaturity and general reluctance to 'grow up' -- The Basement Boys.

i had a wonderful wonderful weekend in Londres, including a trip to Camden Market, a chocolate making workshop and a Lady Gaga concert; complete with good company (make that great company). why am i living in Birmingham again? God knows! here are some captures from my weekend.

i would just like to mention that this is now my new obsession (apart from the amazing food i gorged on at the Market). it is shoe heaven for any Aldo fans at huge huge discounts.
