weekend.

the days are going by rather slowly again (though another Saturday is here and almost on its way out) and i'm desperately trying to make time go faster. blogging is ofcourse a great remedy. i'm two and a half weeks away from home and counting. the end of this week will be comforting; with one exam down (Finance! shoot me now!) and one more to go. it's annoying having week-long breaks in between my exams though there is actually a lot i have left to do before leaving for summer; Asia calling!

i watched the new Star Trek yesterday and totally fell in love with Chris Pine. Zachary Pinto just looked odd in a role other than Sylar on Heroes. i've never been a Star Trek fan, nor did i know what on earth was going on till towards the end of the movie but overall, i really enjoyed it. i have also been getting addicted to Family Guy lately. procrastination intertwined with a lack of things to do leads to silly obsessions and habits.

i went into town today - for general browsing and some spending of money but it didn't give me much satisfaction. i am not at all pleased with the current weather. it's been raining everyday for the past four days and Birmingham is hideous enough without gray skies and wet, grimy streets.
